Cancellation, Terms and conditions – Maxed Out Wake Camp

When booking a Maxed Out Wake Camp, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the camp price is required.
Once you have registered for the camp and paid the deposit, your spot is secured.

The full amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the camp starts. If registration takes place within this period, the full camp fee must be paid immediately upon registration. Participation in our camp is only possible if the full amount has been paid in advance.

Cancellation of a Camp:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email to Maxed Out Wake Camp.

  • If cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks before the start date, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers the costs associated with the booking.

  • If cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the start of the camp, the participant is required to pay the full amount (including coaching and rented equipment).

  • Rescheduling to another camp within the same season is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the camp start date. If you wish to reschedule, you must inform us in time (within a maximum of two weeks) about which camp you want to transfer to. If this is not communicated, it will be treated as a cancellation.

  • If a participant has not paid the full camp fee 4 weeks before the start date, Maxed Out Wake Camp reserves the right to consider this as a cancellation (according to the above-mentioned terms) and offer the camp spot to someone else.

  • If a hotel stay is included in the camp, you will be fully responsible for the hotel’s cancellation costs (typically 100% of the price), in addition to the applicable cancellation fees for the camp.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the camp if there are not enough participants. In this case, the full amount will be refunded.

  • We strongly recommend travel and cancellation insurance that covers all activities.
